What kinds of loyalty programmes can I create?

Poket features several types of loyalty programmes, but here are some of the most popular ones:

Flash card membership – Customers simply flash (show) your the membership card on the mobile app to be entitled to rewards and offers.
Points-based membership – Customers earn and accumulate points per purchase/visit that can be redeemed for rewards.
Stored-value card – Customers purchase or top up pre-paid cards that allow cashless transactions with your business.

Can I launch different types of memberships at the same time?

Yes. You may mix different types of membership and loyalty programmes to suit your business needs.

Can I convert my existing CRM or loyalty programme to Poket?

Yes! We provide you the Pre-registration function to import your existing members to POKET. Your members will skip the registration and can directly login to our system.

What happens if my customers do not own smartphones?

Not a problem. Poket’s features is backed by proven technologies with the capabilities to help you sign up customers who do not own smartphones and reward them by using their mobile numbers or emails.

Do we need to purchase or operate any hardware?

Poket comes in two types of solutions – one with hardware, the other without.

The hardware solution requires your business to have an iPad, Android tablet, iPhone or Android phone to run Poket’s merchant application so that you can physically perform many functions (e.g. issue cards/vouchers, redeem vouchers, issue points, deduct or top up stored value card) for your customers.

Will my data be secure?

Yes. We take our clients’ data very seriously and use only the most advanced security measures to protect our cloud-based storage.

Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

Absolutely. Poket plans are month-to-month or annual. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time (but note that refunds are not given for cancellation or downgrades – see our Terms of Service for details).

Is support provided?

Yes. All our clients may contact our customer service agents via emails. If you need more premium support, please contact us for more details.

How does the 30-day trial work?

After you sign up for your trial, you get access to our Lite, Professional or Premium plan features for 30 days.

Is the trial really free?

It sure is. No credit card is required to start your trial, so you can try POKET with no risk at all. Complimentary Do-It-Yourself start-up instruction will be included.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You can choose one of our 3 plans and pay by credit card from within your POKET. Contact our sales team if you prefer to pay by invoice.

Your trial will become your permanent POKET account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact).

If you decide not to purchase at the end of your trial, your account will expire.

Is training provided?

Yes, we provide training videos for front end and backend. More detailed and personalised trainings are available. Please contact us for the details.
