What is Poket?

Poket is a productivity solution that automates your marketing processes. We help businesses create better relationships with their most valued customers and make it easy for you to reward their loyal fans. To consumers, Poket is a mobile app that makes it easy and fun for shoppers to discover new places to shop, dine and claim rewards.

How will Poket be useful to my business?

Poket allows businesses to create loyalty rewards programmes which can be updated and edited easily. Choose from a wide variety of free professionally designed card/voucher templates or use their own design.

Is Poket easy to set up?

Any business owner or manager can set up Poket easily, with almost no technical knowledge required. As long as you have a computer with internet access, you can set up your first loyalty rewards programme in a day.

What kinds of loyalty programmes can I create?

Poket features several types of loyalty programmes, but here are some of the most popular ones:

Flash card membership – Customers simply flash (show) your the membership card on the mobile app to be entitled to rewards and offers.
Points-based membership – Customers earn and accumulate points per purchase/visit that can be redeemed for rewards.
Stored-value card – Customers purchase or top up pre-paid cards that allow cashless transactions with your business.

Can I launch different types of memberships at the same time?

Yes. You may mix different types of membership and loyalty programmes to suit your business needs.

Can I convert my existing CRM or loyalty programme to Poket?

Yes! We can assist you to convert your loyalty program/CRM to POKET. Just provide us your members database in excel/csv format and we will import it to our system for you. Your members will skip the registration and can directly login to our system. Please contact us for more details.

What happens if my customers do not own smartphones?

Not a problem. Poket’s features is backed by proven technologies with the capabilities to help you sign up customers who do not own smartphones and reward them by sending offers directly via SMS or emails. Contact us to find out how.

Do we need to purchase or operate any hardware?

Poket comes in two types of solutions – one with hardware, the other without.

The hardware solution requires your business to have an iPad, Android tablet, iPhone or Android phone to run Poket’s merchant application so that you can physically perform many functions (e.g. issue cards/vouchers, redeem vouchers, issue points, deduct or top up stored value card) for your customers.

The non-hardware solution, also known as the Scan Receipts Operation (SRO) will require your customers to take a photograph of their receipts with the Poket app in order to record their transactions. They may still redeem vouchers and other rewards you issue directly.

Is Poket cloud-based? Will my data be secure?

Yes. We take our clients’ data very seriously and use only the most advanced security measures to protect our cloud-based storage.

Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

Absolutely. Poket plans are month-to-month or annual. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at any time (but note that refunds are not given for cancellation or downgrades – see our Terms of Service for details).

Is support provided?

Yes. All our clients may contact our customer service agents via a dedicated hotline and through emails. You may also visit our support page for a list of useful articles and solutions.

How does the 30-day trial work?

After you sign up for your trial, you get access to our Lite, Professional or Premium plan features for 30 days.

Is the trial really free?

It sure is. No credit card is required to start your trial, so you can try POKET with no risk at all.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You can choose one of our 4 plans and pay by credit card from within your POKET. Contact our sales teamif you prefer to pay by invoice.

Your trial will become your permanent POKET account (all of your customizations, data, and actions remain intact).

If you decide not to purchase at the end of your trial, your account will expire.
